- In a pan, heat some oil.Temper it with cinnamom stick, cloves, cardamom.
- Add sliced onions, green chillies, chopped ginger and cashews.saute until onions turn translucent.
- Add grated carrots, turmeric powder, sambar powder and salt.saute until the carrots are cooked completely.
- Add the cooked rice and mix well.
- Finally sueeze half lemon and add chopped coriander leaves.Mix it well.
