  • Eggs -4
  • Onions-1 chopped
  • Tomato-2 chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder-a pinch
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1 tsp
  • Coriander powder-2 tsp
  • Chilli powder-1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Required water
  • Required salt

Egg Masala / Egg Gravy is easy to make and  it only requires  few key ingredients.It is a very versatile gravy and can go along with everything from rice, rotis , chappatis , naan , pulao and even biryani

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.Once it splutters,add chopped green chillies
  • Add chopped Onions and saute till golden brown

  • Add ginger garlic paste to it and saute until the raw smell is gone.
  • Add the spices a pinch turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder and chilly powder and mix it well.

  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until everything turns into a paste.

  • Add required water and boil it until the oil oozes out 
  • Slice the eggs into rings .

  • Add them to the gravy and toss them well.
  • Garnish it with Curry leaves.
