Ingredients
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli - 1
  • chopped onions - 2 tbsp
  • dry red chillies - 2
  • Curry leaves
  • Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Curd/yogurt - 1/4 cup
  • water - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • chopped coriander leaves
    • To Marinate
  • Paneer cubes
  • Kashmiri chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  • Corn flour - 1/2 cup
  • water

    • To Marinate:In a bowl, add the paneer cubes, salt, Kashmiri chilli powder and ginger garlic paste and coat the paneer with the spices.
    • Add Corn flour to it and sprinkle water to coat the paneer cubes.Keep it aside for 15 mts

    • To Fry:Heat some oil for frying.Add the paneer cubes in batches and fry them until crispy.Keep it aside.

    • In a pan, heat some oil.Add chopped garlic , green chillies, dry red chillies, chopped onion and curry leaves to it and saute it well.
    • Add the spices kashmiri chilli powder(gives red color), coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix well.Make sure you dont burn the spices.

     

     

     

     

     

     

    • Add the curd , few tbsp of water and salt to it and mix well.
    • Add the fried paneer cubes and toss them well in high heat.

    • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
